Resumen: The new average family is merely a basic outline of the different possibilities that have appeared in recent years. Given the wide variety of living situations today, the dwelling aims to satisfy needs regarding use, lease, cohabitation, and temporality. By way of this inquiry into the collective now, we become increasingly distanced from the average dwelling and propose new ways of living together - an option which embraces complexity.
